Rope Access Services
Rope Access NZ LTD is highly skilled in non destructive crack testing (NDT) of stainless steel and carries out large contracts for the dairy industry in New Zealand and world wide.
We have been able to combine abseiling and crack testing and welding to provide a unique, fast, efficient and hygienic service with no risk of plant damage that may occur with scaffolding.
We use the white light method for crack testing in accordance with the AS3978-2006 visual inspection of metal products and components standard.
We have found the white light method of crack testing to be the most efficient way of testing for the dairy industry, as they are under major time pressure and have stringent hygiene requirements. White light NDT meets all these requirements and more.

We understand the major impact to your business if any Food safety / Hygiene controls are breached such as foreign matter and pathogen’s All Rope Access NZ equipment is cleaned and sanitised before it arrives on site and re sanitised before entering your plant according to your site procedures Rope Access NZ runs a comprehensive intrusive maintenance logs for any work on a product contact surface all equipment is logged in and logged out.
